The Purpose of the Site

If you're having a hard time keeping a steady job or have some problems with housing, transportation, managing your money, or other daily-living issues, this website is for you.  It has three main sections: 

GETTING AND KEEPING A GOOD JOB

TAKING GOOD CARE OF YOUR LIVING SITUATION

TAKING GOOD CARE OF YOURSELF

Each section has different sub-sections.  For example, GETTING AND KEEPING A GOOD JOB has four sub-sections:

    Understanding the Hiring Process

    Getting Suitable Job Leads

    Applying for the Job

    Interviewing

Each sub-section gives useful information about that topic, plus links to additional resources on the same topic. 

Getting Around on the Site

From the Table of Contents page, you can go to any part of the site by clicking on the name of the section or sub-section. 

Wherever you are in the site, you can return to the Table of Contents by clicking < Back to Contents

at the top or bottom of the page.

Throughout the site are a number of Exercises printed in red italics.  You should do these exercises when you reach them and before going on.
